  1. All the energy of arriving into the present moment needs to settle down

  2. I am not ready to come out of my shell.  I feel too vulnerable.

  3. Feeling energy resonating all around

  4. A point of contact has resonance and draws me in

  5. Becoming resonating bodies

  6. Sitting in the center of it all alone

  7. Standing on the periphery where I can keep an eye on things

  8. Finding stillness

  9. Finding connection

  10. Sucked into a vortex

  11. Finding places to hide and recharge
